We cannot pour from an empty cup; nurturing ourselves is crucial for nurturing others. Self-care is not frivolous self-indulgence but a necessity for mental and emotional health, for preventing imbalance and minimizing mental health challenges. Self-care is self-preservation, allowing us to fully show up for ourselves and loved ones, creating a ripple effect that inspires others.
