Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. My name is Sarabeth, and supporting those seeking counseling is both my purpose and passion. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, as well as middle-aged to older adults.
Ultimately, the goal for each of my clients is to remind them of their invaluable worth, while partnering with them in their journey toward achieving healing, stability, and freedom. I endeavor to provide a haven for each person to become their most authentic self, including the parts of themselves they don’t like. In addition, I’m a follower of Jesus and would be honored to provide Christian counseling to those interested.
I have witnessed and been humbled by the restoration of others’ hope, joy, and strength. I believe this same restoration is available to any and all who are seeking it. I have the utmost respect for this process as it shows tremendous strength to seek counsel, not weakness. Entrusting me with your story would be a privilege.

My counseling philosophy is client-centered and trauma-informed. I use a mix of multiple modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. These modalities currently include, but are not limited to, CBT, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Brainspotting. Approaching therapy in this way requires collaboration. Clients set their own treatment goals, and then work with me on identifying, understanding, and addressing their symptoms. I work diligently to understand each individual’s perspective and values and am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services. Sometimes this means assisting them in exploring and discovering what that is for themselves. To those seeking Christian counseling, I offer an approach that integrates biblical principles with therapeutic techniques. In saying this, my mission in life is to welcome and serve all who pursue support, no matter what one’s beliefs and values may be.

I would be honored to work with you.
